Shipping & Returns

~WE have a $5 FLAT RATE shipping charge on all orders under $50. ALL orders over $50 are free shipping
~ Please allow 1-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for orders to ship.  All orders ship via USPS first class shipping and generally take between 2-5 business to arrive. 
~ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. Please contact USPS

•If you are not satisfied or your item does not fit we will be happy to exchange or issue you a refund. ***PLEASE note there is a $3 non refundable fee reversal charge on ALL items returned or exchanged! 
~FREE gifts, promotional/sale items, clearance, and jewelry, footwear, or swimwear may NOT be returned or exchanged.
•If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.  
~You must email or Facebook message our staff to get pre-authorization to return/exchange an item within 10 days of receipt at or email at PLEASE note that we receive lots of emails a day and might miss yours so the best way is through Facebook.
~When you receive you email notification that your order is ready that is the start of your 10 days. If you pick up after your 10 days you will not be able to return
~To be eligible for a return, all items MUST be in their original (unwashed, unworn, original tags, free from smoke, pet hair, makeup, stains, deodorant or perfume.) All Returned items will be inspected thoroughly.
~You are responsible for any return shipping charges. Your shipping charge you paid when you purchased will not be refunded to you! 

~If we receive your return outside of 14 business days item will be marked "return to sender" and will be returned to you promptly.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages upon arrival back to us. Insurance and tracking can and should be purchases to ensure your item gets to us properly. We cannot guarantee we will receive your item. 


 How soon will I get my exchange/credit?

• Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once an item has been received we will issue you a store credit or an exchange within 1-3 business days.
